From Hohnstein we descend to the Bear Garden. There we walk along the old wall remains on a forest hiking trail via the Halbenweg and Räumichtweg in the direction of Brandaussicht. After a fantastic panoramic view from this "balcony of Saxon Switzerland", located 170 meters above the Polenz Valley, we descend over 800 steps into the Tiefen Grund. After about 300 meters of road, the Malerweg leads right up the Dorfgrund to Waitzdorf. From the Waitzdorfer Rundweg we follow the Mühlweg and arrive at the Kohlmühle…
