With its numerous bizarre rock towers, the Bielatal is one of the most popular climbing areas in the region. When the weather is nice, you can see numerous climbers here. The hike starts at the parking lot Hochofen or at the stop Rosenthal-Bielatal Brausenstein. Directly opposite the parking lot is a large restored blast furnace, which you can visit. Walk along the road with little traffic and a little later turn left uphill after the small bridge. The signposts indicate Bertablick and Kleine Bastei (yellow dot).
