The panoramic hiking trail begins at the parking lot Kiefricht, which is located about 1.4 km above Bad Schandau in the direction of Sebnitz. Bad Schandau can be reached by many bus lines, by boat, by S-Bahn and by Eurocity or by own car via B 172. Our first section is not more than one kilometer long. We walk from the Kiefricht parking lot down into the Kirnitzsch Valley, where we wait for our bus to take us to the starting point of the Panorama Trail.
