This hike is particularly suitable in good weather and the icing on the cake would indeed be snow. Depending on the icing of the paths, however, it would then be advisable to bring a pair of toe shoes. Whether by car, bus or S-Bahn, Bad Schandau is very easy to reach as the starting point of this tour. The entrance in the direction of Wustmanndörfel up to the Schlossberg, however, can easily be confused.
